Handcrafted Just for You

Every UniUkiyo piece is handcrafted to order using premium genuine leather and carefully selected materials. We do not keep products in stock. Your bag begins its journey only after your order is placed, allowing every detail to be created with exceptional care and attention.

Because each piece is made specifically for you, production requires time—but the result is a handcrafted leather bag created to last for years.

Production & Delivery

Standard Collection

Estimated production time: 3–4 weeks.

Custom Designs

Bags customized with your selected leather, colors, hardware, or special requests require approximately 4–5 weeks.

Hand-Painted Collection

Each hand-painted design is individually created by hand and requires approximately 5–6 weeks, including painting, drying, finishing, and protective treatment.

Once your order is complete, shipping time depends on your destination and selected courier service.

Shipping

  • Complimentary shipping on all orders over $150 USD
  • Orders under $150 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $12 USD
  • International shipping is available worldwide.
  • Applicable taxes and customs duties are calculated or collected according to your destination country’s regulations.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags
  • Free from signs of wear or damage

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed according to our return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many UniUkiyo pieces are created especially for you, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized bags with custom initials
  • Hand-painted leather bags
  • Custom-made bags created to your specifications
