Shipping and return policy

When you purchase UniUkiyo bag, belt or any other handmade unique item from our collection, your order will enter the process of being made. Since it it a unique, handmade and exquisite piece of fashion art, the making of it is a process. Everything must be perfect. We don’t make bags in advance, but at the moment you order it. Therefore, the shipping will take a bit longer.

DELIVERY TIME

It takes 3 weeks for your bag to be made and a couple of days to reach you, depending on the country and the city you live in.
Custom bag delivery time is 4 weeks.
Waiting time for a painted UniUkiyo bag is 5 to 6 weeks, including processes from making the bag, painting the desired picture, drying, and protecting.

DELIVERY PRICE

If your order is up to 150 USD, shipping is charger 12 USD. If your order is over 150 USD than shipping is free as our gift for you.

RETURN POLICY

You can return your order within 7 days from the delivery.
All painted UniUkiyo bags you can’t return. We guarantee the quality and durability of painting and leather. All painting bags are handmade and by oil paint techniques, protected as well.
Painted bags and customize bag with personal initials can’t be returned! 

Make sure that all the items you have received are in their original condition, just as it was when you received it, tags and packaging included. Otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.
