Made-to-Order Products
Every UniUkiyo piece is handcrafted to order.
Unlike mass-produced products, each item begins production only after your order has been confirmed. This allows us to carefully create every piece with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Estimated production times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on customization, production schedules, or seasonal demand.
Custom Orders
UniUkiyo specializes in personalized and custom-made leather products.
Products customized with initials, special colors, custom dimensions, hand-painted artwork, or any other personalized requests are made exclusively for you.
For this reason, custom-made products cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned once production has begun.
If necessary, our team may contact you before production starts to confirm your customization details.
Product Information
Every UniUkiyo product is handcrafted using premium genuine leather.
Because leather is a natural material and each piece is individually handmade, slight variations in texture, grain, color, stitching, or finish are considered part of the uniqueness of every product and should not be regarded as defects.
Please note that product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

Payments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. UniUkiyo is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
